Larry Sidelinger –
Executive Director
I am a lifelong resident of Damariscotta, a father of two and proud grandfather of six. I bring a wealth of business experience, having been self-employed in the long-haul trucking industry for more than twenty-five years, along with over twenty years in the seafood business before that.
These experiences have given me a diverse perspective and practical approach to sustaining and growing a nonprofit public access television station. My determination as a long-time self-employed entrepreneur has been the driving force behind transforming LCTV into one of the most respected local television and streaming stations in the state, offering a wide breadth of programming.
In my free time, I enjoy playing a little guitar and visiting music venues with my lovely bride, Sue. I also loves taking daily walks with my trusted sidekick, “TV Toby.”
Haven Simmons –
Production Manager
I was raised since day one in Damariscotta and went to Great Salt Bay school and later on Lincoln Academy. When I was in middle school I developed an interest in animation and film. I started making YouTube videos then and during high school took a few classes for film and animation. After high school I worked a bunch of jobs I didn’t much care for before eventually finding my place here at LCTV getting back to what I like, being behind the camera and making shows.
In my spare time I’m probably the most geeky person in Lincoln County. Collecting figures, building LEGOs or playing video games with my brothers. I spend a lot of time with my family doing the goofiest activities. If a good concert comes around I’ll try to find my way there. If I’m not doing any of that, you can typically find me at a movie theater watching whatever looks good or geeking out to the latest superhero movie.
Probably could go on and on, but if you see me just ask me about wrestling or comic books and I’ll rant all day.
Alex Murray –
Education Coordinator / Social Media Manager
After moving to Newcastle from England in 2009 I attended GSB and then Lincoln academy before pursuing a degree in education at Southern Maine Community College. I then spent a year studying film there before getting a job here at LCTV. My knowledge in both education and film has helped me be the best educator I can be whilst also lending a creative eye to our social media program.
During my free time I enjoy playing disc golf, spending time with my friends and family, and walking my dog Bernie.
Matthew Adams –
Director of Development
Growing up in the small town of Dedham just outside of Bangor, I developed a deep appreciation for community, hard work, and creativity. I graduated from New England School of Communications and went on to build my career in media at WABI-TV. During my time there, I contributed to a wide range of productions including live news broadcasts, sports coverage, and commercial production. Those experiences strengthened both my technical expertise and my ability to collaborate under pressure.
Beyond my professional life, I’m a proud family man with a wife and son who share my love for the outdoors and live music. I’m deeply people focused, passionate about building strong relationships, and committed to giving back to the communities that shaped me.
